Quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) are important practices in the minerals processing industry, as they help us to ensure that the products produced meet specified quality standards.
QA refers to the overall process of planning, implementing, and evaluating measures to ensure that the final product meets the required quality standards. QC, on the other hand, refers to the specific activities and procedures that we are used to monitor and control the quality of the product during the production process.
There are a number of different QA/QC measures that are commonly used in our company during the production process, including:

Quality control checks are performed at various stages of the production process to ensure that the product is being produced to the required standards.
SOPs are detailed instructions that outline the steps that must be followed to produce a product of consistent quality.
A QMS is a systematic approach to managing the quality of a product or service, and includes processes such as training, documentation, and continuous improvement.
